Shipping Rates and Shipping Times:

We offer the fastest low-cost shipping in the poster business! Unframed poster orders and calendars ordered weekdays before 2 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day by US Postal Service Priority Mail, which is usually delivered in two to three business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service and may take longer, especially during the Postal Service's busiest times.

Poster shipping rates:
1 - 2 posters $4.75 (USPS Priority Mail)
(2 posters ship for the same price as 1)
3 - 4 posters $6.80 (USPS Priority Mail)
5 - 7 posters $8.80 (Priority Mail or UPS Ground)
8 - 19 posters $9.50 (UPS Ground)
20 - 99 posters ship for $15.00 (UPS Ground)

Framed/mounted posters ship for a flat rate of $9.00 per item for 11 x 14 size,
$9.50 per item for 18 x 24 size, $9.80 per item for 22 x 34 inch size
and $10.50 for 24 x 36 size (UPS Ground). Framed and mounted
posters ship within three business days after the order is placed.

Calendar and book shipping rates:
1 items $4.75 (USPS Priority Mail)
2 items $6.80 (USPS Priority Mail)
3 items $8.50 (USPS Priority Mail)
4+ items $9.00 (UPS Ground)
(Note: Because of the packaging required we do not ship posters in the same box as these items).

Framed posters and orders with a shipping cost of $9.00 or over ship by UPS Ground, which may take up to a week to be received when shipped from our office in California.

We process and ship your unframed poster or calendar order the same day when ordered with a credit card before 2 PM Pacific Time weekdays (excluding postal holidays). Packages are shipped by US Priority Mail which delivers in an average of 2 to 3 business days, or by UPS Ground depending on items and quantity. UPS Ground shipments usually arrive in 5 - 7 business days after being shipped. (Important note: Framed poster orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.)

Please note that we only accept USA payments, and only accept credit cards from USA banks with USA billing addresses.

USPS Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered in 2 - 3 business days. UPS Ground shipments may take up to 7 days depending on your location. If you require rush shipping of two business days please call 1-800-613-2553 to make arrangements (M-F 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time). Rates vary depending on your location. Due to our location we are not able to offer overnight shipment.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items:
If items are backordered, we will contact you by e-mail to find out if you want to cancel your order or have us charge your account when the merchandise is ready to ship. You will not be charged for a backordered item until it is ready to be shipped. If a backordered item does not arrive for shipment within thirty days, your order will be canceled, and we will notify you via e-mail.

Returns:
We are concerned about quality. All posters are checked for quality before shipping. If they are damaged in transit, we will gladly replace them. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 30 days for a refund (click here for more information about the Return Guarantee). If you require a refund, it will be sent to you by check.

Fast USA Delivery

Once we receive your order, we verify your credit card information, confirm your order by e-mail, ship your order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail for standard posters or First Class Mail for studio posters, and charge your credit card account. For credit card orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific time Monday to Friday, your order is usually shipped the same day unless there is a problem processing your order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be mailed the next business day (or the day after your check or money order clears). Within the United States, items generally arrive within 2-3 business days.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard Novus/Discover and American Express credit cards. Please use our convenient shopping cart system to place your orders. See details above. Note: your credit card statement will have Ishi Graphics displayed as the merchant. We never charge your account until your order is ready to be shipped. A hard copy of your invoice will be supplied with your order.

Money Orders: If you don't have a credit card, the fastest way to get your merchandise is to pay by Money Order. Your merchandise will be mailed the next business day after your Money Order arrives. (Money orders must be in US dollars and drawn on US banks.) You can use the shopping cart system to print your order form. Use the Order by Check/Money Order by US Mail option. If you don't wish to use the shopping cart to print your order, click here for a form you can fill out and mail.

Checks: Your check must be in the form of US dollars drawn on a bank in the USA. If you pay by check we will wait until the check clears before processing your order. You can use the shopping cart system to print your order form. If you don't have a printer to print the form, please send your check, name, mailing address, and the names of the posters you wish to purchase to the address below.
