DAMAGE
If your product is damaged
in transit or is defective in any way, we will gladly replace it. Call us toll-free
at (800) 613-2553, or send an e-mail to info@123Posters.com,
for simple instructions to get a replacement delivered. For quick service, please
remember to include your order number.
OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with
any item you have purchased from us, you may return it for full refund or credit
within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, you must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please call (530) 474-4192 to request
an RMA number, or send an e-mail to returns@123Posters.com.
For quick service, please remember to include your order number.
Note: The item should be in
its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. All refunds will
be paid by check, unless you prefer to have a credit toward future purchases.
